By using Hero Poker you agree to the terms below. They describe what the app is for, what you can and can't do with it, and what we promise (and don't promise) in return.

What Hero Poker is

Hero Poker is a single-player learning tool. You play Texas Hold'em hands against bots, get stats, and read leak analyses. There is no real-money wagering, no other humans at the table, and no way to cash out.

Acceptable use

• One account per person. Don't share sign-in credentials.
• Don't scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the app or our APIs.
• Don't use Hero Poker to facilitate real-money gambling anywhere.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered case-by-case for accidental charges.

Account termination

You can delete your account from settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

No warranty

Hero Poker is provided as-is. The leak analysis is a coaching aid, not solver-grade EV. Treat the suggestions as a starting point, not a verdict.

Changes

These terms will evolve as the app does. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
